We can construct quality yachts from 17 to 40 meters for any use, such as private yachts, liveaboards, ferries, fishing vessels, etc.
Our yachts are built from wood in Suez. We are also looking at the possibility of building yachts in Tunisia where the construction methods and cost advantages are similar.
The engines and most other technical equipment are imported, according to the yacht's specifications and customer preferences.
We believe that the main attractions for customers coming to us are:
- We can build yachts for far less than the cost of similar yachts built in Europe or the US.
- The yachts can be built to the specific requirements and design of the customer.
- We would give the customer personal attention throughout the yacht construction process in a way that could not be done with a large organization.
- The yachts we build are certified by the Egyptian Maritime authorities. If a customer so requires, we can work with a classification society (e.g. American Bureau of Shipping, Lloyds, etc.) so that the yacht can receive an appropriate classification.
- We can also ensure that the yacht complies with the maritime standards of the jurisdiction in which it will operate.
We would design a yacht with continuous input from the customer. We would also be happy to work with a naval architect. During the construction phase we would encourage the customer to visit as often as possible to monitor progress and consider any changes to the original design that might be appropriate or that the customer might require.
When the yacht is complete it could be delivered anywhere in the world or the customer could take delivery at Suez.
We have an associated company in Dubai that can complete yachts to the highest international standards of decor and finishing. We could also deliver the yacht with incomplete interior finishing so that this could be done at a place chosen by the customer.
We would typically work out an overall price for the yacht for approval of the customer. We would request a down payment and we would work out a schedule so that subsequent payments would be made based on construction progress. If changes were made to the specifications during construction, appropriate adjustments to the price would be negotiated.
